ShopPad is an interface to public contracts on Robinhood Chain. No asset is held, custodied or managed on your behalf.

The pairing asset is a derivative that tracks a share price. It carries no shareholder rights and no voting rights; dividends are handled as credits.

On graduation, liquidity is deposited into a pool with no unlock function. That lock is not a guarantee of price, volume or exit.

The AMM runs continuously; the wrapper only mints while the underlying market is open. Prices can drift while it is closed and correct sharply on reopening.

Amounts are shown in synthetic shares. That is an editorial choice, not a conversion, a valuation or a guarantee.
